The Patella Pull-Up with Universal Felt Buttress (K8-U) is a knee brace that provides compressive support and warmth to the knee joint. It is designed to provide stability for individuals suffering from patella (kneecap) instability, chondromalacia patella, or sprains around the patella or knee joint. The adjustable universal felt buttress improves tracking of the kneecap, which helps to decrease pain and symptoms associated with mal-tracking, subluxations, or dislocations of the kneecap.
BENEFITS:
This pull-up brace features an opening in the front of the knee for positioning and comfort of the brace around the kneecap. It has an adjustable universal felt buttress for improved tracking of the kneecap to reduce pain or discomfort from mal-tracking. Upper and lower compression straps are adjustable around the thigh and the calf, respectively. Flexible spiral stays are located on both sides of the knee for medial and lateral support. The closed popliteal design in the back of the knee ensures that the brace stays securely in place.
The brace is made from 1/8” nylon, 2-sided neoprene, which is comfortable to wear and provides support and warmth to the knee.

HOW TO MEASURE:
To find your perfect fit, start by measuring the circumference of your leg at three critical points: 6 inches below your kneecap, directly over the middle of your kneecap, and 6 inches above your kneecap.
